Jessica Alba has returned to being a sex symbol in the 2009 Campari calendar ad campaign which was shot by Mario Testino and styled by Jean-Paul Goude.

The provocative photos are part of the annual 12 month promotional calendar which Campari releases each year. In former years, the calendar would feature nude models posing next to bottles of Campari but the calendar has evolved over the years and now features the tastefully dressed Jessica Alba posing in scenes with the liquor.

In the steamy photos which were shot over a couple of days in Malibu, Jessica is photographed in a bathing suit, evening gown and short shorts – dressed up as a “sort of femme fatale/screen siren,” she explains.

Alba is the third hispanic female to grace the pages of the calendar in the past few years following Salma Hayek in 2007 and Eva Mendes in 2008.

Campari will launch a new section on their Official Web Site tomorrow, December 3rd, called “Club Campari” that will feature most of Jessica’s photos taken by Mario Testino.
