No need to let something like a failed inspection get in the way of your Las Vegas grand opening. Well, apparently somehow some strings where pulled and the inspection for Jay-Z’s 40/40 Las Vegas was passed after all. The Las Vegas edition of the 40/40 Club opened last night and it had some pretty interesting characters in attendance.
