The song is Shakira’s second U.S. single from the new album which will be hitting American shelves on November 23.

Right before the premier of the video, Gucci Mane was arrested and sentenced to 12 months behind bars on Thursday November 12th for a probation violation.

He was immediately handcuffed and taken into custody at his court hearing. With good behavior, he may be out in six months.

This is not Gucci’s first time in jail. He was released from prison in March of this year after serving six months for failing to complete 600 hours of community service.

He also sat down on BET’s 106 & Park with host Rocsi for an interview on Thursday. In the sit down, he apologized once again for assaulting Rihanna and explained what he’s had to deal with in the past couple months.

The track which was produced by Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins is a follow up to their other collaboration, “Video Phone”

The track comes off Dirty Money’s upcoming album, Last Train to Paris, which will be Diddy’s first release on his new Bad Boy/Interscope Records deal.

Eddie Murphy’s oldest daughter Bria Murphy plays the role of Gucci’s love interest in the club track. Nicki Minaj also makes a cameo appearance in the video.

The second official single from the album will be the track “Hard”, but  the “Russian Roulette” video will premiere this Friday on “20/20″

The Hype Williams’ directed video which was partially shot at New York’s Ground Zero is the second single from Jay-Z’s Blueprint 3 album.

“I Can Transform Ya” will be the lead single from his third album Graffiti which will be available on December 15th.

The futuristic choreography heavy video which premiered on MTV.com and MTV Jams features cameos from Lil Wayne and Swizz Beatz who produced the track.

As part of his plea deal, he’ll be sentenced to one year in prison and he will surrender his passport. Wayne will be sentenced in February of 2010 and is expected to serve eight months, assuming good behavior.

Wayne’s tour bus was pulled over in July 2007 and he was arrested for criminal possession of the weapon while another man was arrested for criminal possession of marijuana. Wayne was released on $70,000 bond on one count of criminal weapons possession and one charge of criminal possession of a loaded weapon.

With his charges, he would have been facing 3.5 to 15 years in prison.

Two years after the multi-platinum Good Girl Gone Bad album, Rater R will feature contributions from industry heavyweights Tricky Stewart, The Dream, and Justin Timberlake. A video for the single, directed by Anthony Mandler, will premiere in primetime on ABC.

The “Russian Roulette” video, directed by Anthony Mandler, will premiere in prime-time on ABC very soon.

However, I have discovered that the same feelings we shared as children on Christmas Eve is still alive in some of us.  NBA and College Basketball fans are dealing with that Christmas Eve anxiety right now.  If you are a true sports fan like I am this is the best time of the year; hockey is about kick off, the NFL and College Football are in full swing, and Joe Buck is back on Fox doing the baseball playoffs.  But for all the true die hard basketball fans, myself included, it seems like it’s taking forever for basketball to get started.  ESPN has been showing clips from Midnight Madness kicking off, Rivals.com has their list of the next best high school hardwood top recruits, the NBA preseason is underway, NBA Live and 2K10 commercials seen to come on every 15 minutes, and yet the anticipation of hearing Dick Vitale, Gus Johnson, and Marv Albert call a game is unbearable.  Because once the college and the NBA have kicked off, SportsCenter will be in its prime.  We will get to see highlights from all the major sports whether they’re collegiate or professional.  It’s kind of like Voltron, all the sports combining to making one big smorgasbord of passion and fanatic-ness.

Is fanatic-ness a word?

Oct 27^th and Nov 3^rd are the days that are circled on my calendar.  The end of the month will mark the return of the NBA.  With all the happenings that took place this off-season this will be one of the most anticipated NBA season in contemporary history.  And the beginning of November will launch my favorite sport in the entire world, College Basketball.  With new recruits, and player and coaching scandals galore this off-season crazy co-eds and alums from around the country will be tuning in to ESPN and CBS religiously prepping for the  euphoria known as March Madness.

But for now we must wait.  We must occupy our time with highlights of football and update our rosters on Xbox 360, because it isn’t Christmas morning yet. But it does feel like December 23^rd, and our impatience and waiting will finally come to an end.

The female friendly club banger will be featured on Gucci Mane’s highly anticipated sophmore studio album The State vs Radric Davis which drops  December 8th.

Team captain Jerry Smith and sophomore Terrence Jennings will both face charges as the two students were involved in an altercation with some off-duty police officers at a party over the past weekend.  A fight broke out at the party and Jennings was entangled in the middle of it.  When the officers tried to step in, he resisted them and had to be eventually tasered.  Smith then stepped in and tried to aid his teammate but also resisted the officer’s arrest as he saw his teammate in handcuffs.  Coach Pitino is not exactly thrilled about the ordeal but has said that both players will not miss any game action due to their situation; “Any time you defy a police officer, it’s serious. They will be punished and are being punished right now. But no, they will not miss game time. I think Jerry saw a teammate on the ground and didn’t want to abandon him. I think he saw a teammate taking some pretty good blows and tried to help”.

The official charge that Jennings and Smith face is a single count of resisting law enforcement.  The charge is not a felony, but only a misdemeanor where at the maximum could lead up to a year in jail or a fine of $5,000.

The 2009 edition of the ALCS will feature the powerhouse New York Yankees versus the always postseason present L.A. Angels.  While most fans expected the ALCS to host another Red Sox/Yankees postseason battle, the Angels decided they wanted to crash the party this season and sent the Red Sox home winless as they swept the squad from Boston 3-0.  The Bronx Bombers decided that they would quickly dismantle their opponent as well.  Once the Minnesota Twins beat out the Tigers for a chance to face the Yankees, they were on Cloud 9.  But that cloud quickly turned into a rain shower as A-Rod and Jeter sent the Twins home only after three games.

On Friday, the Yankees and Angels will get their seven game series started in New York.  While most analysts are picking the Yankees to win, a majority believe that this series won’t be over anytime soon.  The cross country travel that will affect both teams will play a huge factor on who will make it to the World Series.

The Philadelphia Phillips walked in the postseason with a target on their chest as they are the reigning World Champions.  While the Yankees and Angels delivered first round sweeps, the champs took their time as they sent the Colorado Rockies home in 4 games instead of 3.  The defending champs enjoyed home field advantage in the first round of the playoffs, but will have to fly across the country this round as they head to L.A. to deal with Manny and the Dodgers.

First they got Joe Torre, and then they got Manny Ramirez.  So when the L.A. Dodgers swept the St. Louis Cardinals in the first round to reach the NLCS, you should realize that this was all apart of their plan.  Ever since Torre has been in Dodger Blue he has brought the “Dodger Brand” back to L.A., and the arrival of Manny just let the world know that the Dodgers were on a mission.

The LCS will be nothing less than spectacular with these 4 teams involved.  It’s West Coast vs. East Coast, cross country drama at its best.  The World Series could wind up being an all East Coast affair, a L.A. version of a subway series, or another cross country finale.  Nonetheless, it will be a star studded affair that Bud Selig has to be pleased about because all four team are in major media markets, and have at least one superstar on the roster.

Young Jeezy recently came in at number 7 on MTV’s hottest MC’s list, so we’re sure he’s looking to move up next year.

Usher said about the Sean Garrett produced track to MTV News:

“Let’s say I wrote a record for Usher three or four months ago where I really didn’t have any idea of what he was going through personally.I felt that was the direction we needed to go. I felt that was the question everyone wanted to know: Was [his relationship] good or was it bad? Was it right? Are you happy or you’re not?”

Monster is due for a December release.

But lurking in the minds of true sports fans across the globe is the return of roundball.  With football receiving all the glitz and glamour on SportsCenter, the days when LeBron, D-Wade, Kobe, and Carmelo rule the highlights are closer than you may think.

Earlier this week training camps across the nation opened for all of the NBA franchises, and while basketball itself should have been the main ingredient it seems as though some antics of a few players have stolen the headlines.

Lamar Odom, step right up.

The arrival of Ron Artest was supposed to be the talk of the town in L.A., along with the possibilities of a repeat.  But all that has taken a backseat to L.O.’s surprise wedding to Khloe Kardashian. A woman he has dated for a month, at most.  Insert the scene from “The Five Heartbeats” when J.T. says to Duck, “You don’t even know her!”.

The dealings of Delonte West have also been an early training camp story. LeBron’s 2-guard was recently arrested for riding around on his motorcycle with three loaded guns.  Since the arrest stories about his mental health and depression have surfaced, but when the first day of training camp opened this week, West was no where to be found.  GM Danny Ferry said that the troubled West was dealing with a “personal matter”, but nonetheless this is the wrong season for the Cavs to be dealing with outside distractions.

And finally, it looks like Mark Cuban maybe happy man this season. Not because he has a revamped roster that looks poised to make a deep postseason run, but because it looks like the league will be using replacement referees.  Both sides have not come to an agreement and as they say in show business, the show must go on.  So as of right now, the replacements will be wearing the stripes this season.

The Florida Gators are dealing with an injury to Superman, and it seems like Kentucky’s DE Taylor Wyndham had some Kryptonite in his hands as he blasted Tebow on a brutal (but clean) sack.  To add insult to injury, as Tebow was falling he hit his head on his own teammates leg.  The former Heisman winner is currently recovering in Gainesville and was officially diagnosed as having his first concussion.  Everyone including Tebow and Urban Meyer are taking extra precaution about the injury and understand the seriousness of the situation.  However, it is likely that Tebow could still start the Gators next game as they have a bye week before they face LSU on the 10^th.  The extra seven days to heal could be the key to the Gator’s seasons and be the deciding factor on whether they repeat or not.

The Baylor Bears were a program on the rise and were led by a dark horse Heisman candidate.  Last season Robert Griffin put the Bears on his back and made everyone say “watch out”, but an isolated tear in his ACL will keep the dual threat QB on the sideline for the rest of the season.  With the Bears currently sitting at 2-1, it will be interesting to see how they deal with their leader standing on the sidelines.  During the off-season a lot of hype was built around the program and particularly Griffin, so only time will tell if the Bears will step up in the spotlight.

Finally, the injury bug hit the USC Trojans but in one of the most bizarre and scariest injuries seen in years.  Running back Stafon Johnson was in the weight room when he was bench pressing over 250 pounds and the bar slipped out of his hands landing on his neck.  The injury badly injured Johnson’s larynx and he has to undergo hours of surgery to repair it.  He is currently recuperating and is expecting to get his voice back in due time.  Word from the USC camp is that he is resting and using a notepad to communicate with his teammates and family.

In his interview at the plush London Hotel in Manhattan, Jeezy discusss his creative process, his love life and ghostwriting for Kanye West.

ComplexEveryone seems to downplay your creative process as a songwriter. So walk us through developing a song.
Young Jeezy: I don’t go in the studio like, “I’ma make a smash today”—that ain’t my whole method. My music is feeling. If I just left the club or somethin’, I’ll probably go and cut a club record. If I’m going through something, then instead of it being bright in the studio, it might be a little dark, a little mellow in there, and it might be a feeling song.

ComplexYou just said: “I’m not an in-love- ass nigga.” What do you mean by that statement?
Young Jeezy: I ain’t never been—I’ve been a hustler my whole life, so I was pretty much infatuated with money and success and just staying focused and down, so I ain’t never been the type of nigga that just admires my girlfriend.

ComplexBut you got romance in your life.
Young Jeezy: Yeah, but they ask me what my love life is like, I tell them simple: I love life. [Laughs.] You know what I’m saying? That’s it. I’ma do me, but I ain’t never been the type of person out at the movies and holding hands and riding around listening to R. Kelly, you know what I’m saying?

Complex What’s it like writing for Kanye?
Young Jeezy: First of all, Kanye fucking flew in the ’copter to Hawaii, so I was all on it anyway. When I got there, I saw dolphins in the swimming pool, so I’m like, “What the fuck.” He would play songs and be like, “So what you think?” And I’d be like, “Well, shit, you might wanna change this,” because I’m looking at it from a street nigga’s perspective, you know what I’m saying? I kinda just came in and gave my input and made sure all the dots connected. You gotta go in with the mindset that you know who you’re dealing with or who you’re writing for. ’Cause I done gave niggas some jewels and niggas like, “Yo, this shit is crazy.”

Mayweather moved his undefeated record up to 40-0, 25 KOs by dismantling Mexico’s Juan Manuel Marquez and winning by unanimous decision at MGM Grand’s Garden Arena in Las Vegas while earning an estimated 10-15 million dollars.

Mayweather knocked down Marquez in the second round and then assaulted him with endless damaging jabs and hooks.

Mayweather said about Marquez and his size advantage:

“Marquez is tough as nails. He’s a great little man. He was really hard to fight, and he kept taking some unbelievable shots.”

“Don’t forget, I came from a small weight class too, so I know when you’re in front of a great fighter. I think he brought his best tonight, Mayweather admitted.”

At Friday’s weigh-in, Marquez (50-5-1) was four pounds lighter (142 pounds) than Mayweather (145 pounds), who paid a $600,000 penalty for missing the bout weight of 144 pounds.

Besides Mayweather’s size advantage, he also had a overwhelming punching advantage. Mayweather landed 290 of 493 (59 percent) blows to Marquez’s 69 of 583 (12 percent). Mayweather’s jab was also dominant as he connected with 185 of 316 (59 percent) to Marquez’s 21 of 288 (7 percent).

Next up should be the megafight that everybody wants to see between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao as long as Pacquiao manages to get past Cotto on  a schedules November 14th bout.
